Returns

FOR ALL RETURNS - ITEMS MUST

• Be returned within 90 days of receiving your purchase.
• Have original tags attached.
• Be in their original condition.
• Include a receipt for postage if you are returning your purchase for an exchange or credit note; postage cannot be reimbursed otherwise.

Please note for international order, return postage needs to have a valid international tracking number and we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended "for exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

TELALL is not responsible for any items lost in transit, and cancelled orders of shipped items due to refusal of acceptance on incoming tax charges will only be refunded the full price of the garments. This does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase
